Privacy policy
TradeDesk AI answers phone calls and sends text messages on behalf of trades businesses ("shops"). This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- From callers: your phone number, what you tell the assistant (name, address, the problem you need fixed), and a text transcript of the call.
- From shops and website visitors: the details you enter on our trial form or during setup.
- Appointments and messages: bookings made for you, and the texts we send and receive.
How we use it
- To book your appointment and pass your details to the shop you called.
- To send texts about your call or job: confirmations, follow-ups, and a review request after the work is done.
- To improve how the assistant handles calls for that shop.
Text messages
We text you only about a call you made or a job with the shop you contacted. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
Who we share it with
The shop you called, and the service providers that run our service (phone and texting, AI processing, hosting, payments), only as needed to provide it. We don't sell personal information.
Call recording
Calls open with a notice that they may be recorded. We keep a text transcript. We don't store call audio unless the shop turns that on.
How long we keep it
We keep call and appointment records while the shop is a customer, and delete them within 90 days after they leave, unless the law requires otherwise.
